· Essay (What 4-H Means to Me)
· Song
· Dramatic Monologue
· Press release
· Public service announcement.
The deadline for submissions is Monday, January 31, 2024. Official guidelines can be found here.
4-H Speeches & Demonstrations
4-H Speech and Demonstrations Contests will be held in February (speeches) and March (demonstrations).
Speeches for juniors should be 3-5 minutes in length. Senior-age speeches should be 5-7 minutes.
Demonstrations can be on any subject and should be under 15 minutes in length.
More information about the 4-H Speech and Demonstrations Contests will be available in January.
